Another large-scale campaign against hunger from Mastercard
With the help of the Hungarian cardholders, MasterCard provides the daily school meals of 2167 needy children this year in a value of 86 674 euros. With this result, Hungary proves to be the third most donating nation in the region – the company reported, which this fall launched its Priceless Causes charity campaign in Hungary.
A transaction = a school lunch
Each MasterCard® card payments, such as the purchase of school supplies is a school meal to a Rwandan child. The donation is supported by MasterCard and does not cost anything to cardholders.
