The GfK Economic Research Institute announced on Friday that the forward-looking consumer sentiment index for December fell to 9.3 points from the 9.4 points in November. The index is declining for four months. The respondents are afraid that because of the continued immigration unemployment rate will rise, and people are less optimistic regarding the evolution of their income as well. (MTI)
