Twenty million HUF worth smuggled cigarettes were found in a Romanian minibus
Twenty million HUF worth smuggled cigarettes were found by the police in a Romanian minibus on the M3 highway – the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Police press officer told MTI on Tuesday.
Fehérvári Marietta told that the vehicle was screened on Monday at a highway rest in Nyíregyháza, and found 17 480 packs of cigarettes with Ukrainian tax stamps.
The police handed over the vehicle and the driver along with the contraband cigarettes to the competent National Tax and Customs Office (NAV). (MTI)
