The changes in the tax law discouraged companies from the cafeteria
After the tax law changes were published, only 42 percent of the domestic SMEs plan to offer some kind of fringe benefits to their employees this year.
The previously improving trend has fallen into depths that have never seen before. However, the medium-sized companies are less affected by the tax changes. The ratio of those who can use fringe benefits is growing for six months at the medium-sized companies – the latest data of K&H’s SME confidence index research reveals.
