British researchers at the University of St. Andrews followed 35 person’s fruit and vegetable consumption for six weeks and the evolution of their faces, making a series of photos. Who consumed 2.9 times as much more fruits and vegetables than before looked more healthier one and a half months later, while the face of those who ate 3.3 times more plant products, become much more attractive. The researchers relied on not only their eyes, but used a special camera, which was able to measure the skin’s hue and brightness.
