Hungary’s household chemicals and cosmetics market was worth about HUF 300 billion in the twelve months to the end of February, level with the previous twelve-month period, market research company Nielsen published
Sales of diapers, shower gel, washing-up liquid, general cleaning products and paper tissues climbed 1-4%.
Sales volume of the products edged down 3% during the period, Nielsen said.
Hypermarkets accounted for about 38% of sales in the product group.
