Outlet center in Polgár

From HUF 4billion investment a mall is built near to M3 motorway in Polgár.

The M3 Outlet Center will be finished on March, the
construction work is made by Strabag, GVA Ropertson will rent the shops.
HUF 3,2 billion from the cost is a credit by MFB, the rest
is own capital of the M3 City Center Kft., the owner of the investment. 400
employees in the first, and another 400 in the second step will get work at the
mall.
