Spring time opens the M1 Outlet & Shopping Center

The construction works are ready, tenants develop the shop-front and the instore. Nearby the international cloths brands two new renter, there are two new renters: CBA retail chain and Drogerie Markt.

 For the tenants it provides 16.500 m² commercial area on two floors with its high quality utilities, modern, innovative looks and excellent location. Safe and convenient parking is ensured for the visitors by the 11.000m² free of charge parking area on the base floor with 520 parking spaces, and the aboveground parking lot.

M1 Outlet & Shopping Center is a new, plaza-like outlet center, unique in Hungary, which will open its doors to the general public in spring of 2008.
M1 Outlet Center combines the advantages of outlet-shopping with the comfort of shopping centers. World-brands and "A" category products will be found in the outlet center. As designing the building  layed great emphasis on humane architectural solutions, such as the building's special facade as well as the economic usage of floorspace.
